Show pictures for them to guess what season it is. Ask “Do you know any autumn festivals in China and Canada?” for the students to think and answer. Then show the three main festivals in autumn. Ask “ What do you about the Mid-Autumn Day?” Show an apple, a mooncake and a pear. Show the topic by saying this lesson we will learn more about the three autumn festivals.
