PAGE  PAGE 10 稀土磁性材料质量诊断研究 　　摘要： 钕铁硼永磁体是目前应用最为广泛的稀土磁性材料，但是国内生产的钕铁硼磁体其磁性能未能达到使用要求。本文基于稀土磁性材料生产工艺，借助鱼骨图分析方法，找出影响稀土磁性材料磁性能的重要因素，然后结合层次分析法，将所绘鱼骨图转化为层次结构模型，计算各指标因素相对于目标的影响程度，进而确定出影响其磁性的主要因素和次要因素，并据此提出合理可行的预防对策。 　　Abstract： Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet is the most widely used rare earth magnetic materials， but the magnetic property of current domestic Nd-Fe-B magnets always fails to meet the requirements.
