PAGE  PAGE 7 穿心莲内酯自乳化制剂工艺研究 　　摘要： 目的：筛选穿心莲内酯自乳化释药系统的最佳处方。方法：通过筛选得出该自乳化系统的油相、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂，确定最佳处方组成比例。结果：穿心莲内酯最佳自乳化给药系统由中链甘油三酸酯、膏状大豆卵磷脂和无水乙醇组成，最佳质量比为3：2：1。结论：穿心莲内酯自乳化制剂制备工艺简单，质量稳定，能显著提高药物的溶解度。 　　Abstract： Objective： to select the best prescription of andrographolide self-emulsifying drug delivery system. Methods： the oil phase， surfactant and co-surfactant are selected to determine the optimum formulation. Results： the best andrographolide self-emulsifying drug delivery system consists of medium chain triglycerides， paste soy lecithin and ethanol； the optimum ratio is 3：2：1. Conclusion
