PAGE  PAGE 21 中国建筑行业增长和各生产要素关系的实证分析 摘要：改革开放以来，建筑业在我国快速发展，逐渐被赋予了重要的历史使命和地位。我国在这一领域一直保持着比较高的投资规模，同时吸纳了大量劳动力，推动我国经济的发展和城镇化进程，然而在其发展过程中也存在一些问题。本文以中国建筑业1995—2012年18年的数据为基础，采用SPSS分析工具分析了中国建筑业总产值在这段时间内的总体递增关系。同时，借助于柯布—道格拉斯生产函数和索洛方程计算分析出计算出劳动投入、资本投入和科学技术对建筑业产出增长的相对贡献率。通过数据分析最终得出建筑业产出增长的贡献主要来源于资本和劳动力的贡献，同时科技进步的作用相对不足。因此，在建议方面提出注重该行业科技人才的培养，加强一线工人的技术培训，重视技术创新，减少成本支出水平，提高生产效率等手段来保证建筑业的可持续发展。 关键词：建筑业；C-D生产函数；索洛方程；要素贡献率 Abstract: The construction industry is an important pillar of the national economy，and is also an important material basis of peoples lives. Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of the construction industry in our country, gradually been given an important historical mission and status. Our country in this area has maintained a relatively high investment scale, and thus the industry also has a large development opportunity. The rapid development of the construction industry can absorb large numbers of workers; promote the development and urbanization of Chinas economy. Therefore, studying law and its construction industry output growth mechanism, you can make a better play its due role in social development. In this paper, China Construction Industry 1995-2012 year 20 years of data, found that Chinese construction output during this period of increasing overall relationship. At the same time, by means of Cobb - Douglas production function and Solow equation analyzed to calculate the labor input, capital investment and the relative contribution of science and technology for the construction industry output growth.
