The individually-run enterprise has exerted more and more effect in solving the problem of obtaining employment, increasing the financial revenue developing the new technology and sustaining the economic development, and also are the important part of the national economy. But, A considerable part in Chinese small and medium employments ignoring the core status of financial management, management thinking backward, is authority limited to the production and operation management pattern of enterprises, had not been brought into full play the role of enterprise financial management.
