It has a 13.5 m core to perimeter dimension. The two bars of the hotel have a double loaded corridor. The service apartment has 2 cores and 4 apartments per floor. * The ground floor plan has to accommodate separate drop offs for the hotel, office and service apartments and access to the elevators, properly configured in the core. The hotel drop off is across from the separate ballroom drop off although both have access. The hotel lobby leads into the hotel shuttle elevators up to the sky lobby. The office lobby occupies the SW prominent corner and leads into 2 banks of elevators. The service apartment lobby is in the quieter area towards the inner block.
