湖北工业大学毕业设计(论文)  PAGE 23 湖北工业大学毕业设计(论文) 毕 业 设 计(论 文) 题 目 工作压力对新生代员工幸福感的影响 摘 要 80、90年代的员工已经成为人才市场的主力走上工作岗位,他们常被称为“垮掉的一代”、“草莓一代”,这些新生代员工由于受时代和社会环境等各种因素的影响,使得他们具备不同于以往员工的特点,在面对工作时与老员工的表现有很大的差异,这对传统的命令和控制式的管理模式是一个很大的冲击。在工作压力越来越大的今天,这些新生代员工在面对工作时遇到了许多以前不曾有过的问题。本文以工作压力对新生代幸福感的影响为主题,从不同类型的压力角度研究了新生代员工幸福感与工作压力的关系,从个人及企业的角度提出了提高新生代员工幸福感的办法与建议。文章的第一部分介绍了工作压力、新生代员工以及幸福感等相关内涵,第二部分研究了工作压力是如何影响新生代员工的幸福感,第三部分是提高新生代员工幸福感的建议。 关键词: 挑战性压力,阻碍性压力,新生代员工,幸福感 Abstract Employees in the 1980s and 1990s has become the main force of the talent market , they often referred to as the Beat Generation, strawberry generation, these new generation of employees influenced by various factors such as age and social environmentthey possess characteristics different from the previous staff, makes the great difference between the performance of older employees face to the work, and these difference have a very big impact on the traditional command and control style management mode. With the increasing pressure, the new generation of employees faceing many problem never had before. Based on the work of the influence of the new generation pressure happiness for themes,this paper discuss from the perspective of the different types of pressure to study the relationship between happiness and the working pressure of the new generation of employees, and give some suggestions from personal and business perspective to improve the happiness of the new generation of employees . The first part of this paper describes the pressure of work, the new generation of employees, as well as happiness and other related content, the second part , is how working pressure affects the happiness of the new generation of employees, and the third part is to improve the proposal of the new generation of employees happiness.
