内蒙古工业大学本科毕业设计说明书 PAGE 2 学校代码 10128 学号 200930606037 号:200930606037 本科毕业设计计算说明书 （ 题 目：辽宁沈阳地区办公楼建筑结构设计 学生姓名： 学 院：土木工程学院 系 别：建筑工程系 专 业：土木工程专业（建筑工程方向） 班 级：土木09-（7） 指导教师：  摘 要 本工程为辽宁沈阳消防队某办公楼，拟建于辽宁沈阳市区。主体结构为六层框架结构，建筑总面积4907.52㎡，建筑高度20.4m，抗震设防烈度为7度。本设计中主要进行了结构方案中第4轴线的抗震设计。 设计内容包括建筑和结构两个部分，本说明书仅是结构部分的设计计算说明书，主要设计内容为：（1）结构选型，截面尺寸的确定，计算重力荷载；（2）结构在地震作用下的内力计算，利用顶点???移法计算结构自振周期，用底部剪力法计算水平地震作用下侧移大小，进而用D值法求出水平荷载作用下结构内力；（3）用弯矩二次分配法计算一榀框架在竖向荷载作用下的内力；（4）内力组合，利用最不利内力进行梁、柱截面设计；（5）楼梯、楼板的截面设计；（6）基础截面设计。 关键词：框架结构；重力荷载；内力组合；抗震设防烈度；配筋计算 Abstract This project is a office building in Liaoning Shenyang fire brigade, will be built in the Liaoning District of Shenyang city. The main structure of six layer frame structure, a total construction area of 4907.52 square meters, building height 20.4m, seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees. This design mainly for the anti-seismic design in the fourth axis. The design content includes two parts of buildings and structures, this manual is only calculation specification design structure part, the main content of the design is: (1) structure selection, determining the section size of the gravity load, calculation; (2) the calculation of internal forces of the structure under earthquake, calculate self-vibration period use vertex from the displacement method, calculation horizontal seismic action side shift with the bottom shear method, and then use the D method to calculate the internal force of structure under horizontal loads; (3) the calculation of internal force under the vertical load of a frame bending moment two methods of distribution; (4) internal force combination, cross section of beam, column design with the most unfavorable internal force; (5) the section design of staircase, floor; (6) the section design basis.
