PAGE  PAGE - 12 - 欠发达地区女性新型职业农民培育实证研究 ——基于云南696位女性农民的调查分析 刘福军作者简介:刘福军,云南农业大学职业与继续教育学院教授,硕士生导师。研究方向:职业教育、农业教育。基金项目:2013年云南省哲学社会科学规划项目“农业现代化进程中云南女性职业农民问题研究” (编号:YB2012124)。 ,马瑜,杨敬雅,苏文婧 (云南农业大学职业与继续教育学院,云南 昆明 650201) 摘要:农业现代化应依靠新型职业农民来支撑。随着农村劳动力转移,女性农民在农村劳动力中的比重不断上升。调查发现,欠发达地区女性农民文化程度有所提高,但整体素质偏低;观念地位有所转变,但传统惯性很浓;规模化生产有所发展,但生产力水平较低;有改变家乡愿望,但又不甘愿留在农村创业;教育培训需求大,但工作跟不上;新型职业农民有所发展,但成长缓慢。加速欠发达地区女性新型职业农民培育,应深化认识,重视和加强培育工作;构建相应的培育体系,加大培训力度;设置培育专项基金,强化资金管理;狠抓女性农民专业合作社发展,做好典型示范;不断推进女性农民思想观念更新,提高综合素质。 关键词:女性农民;调查;新型职业农民;培育;欠发达地区 Empirical Research on Education and Training for new-type Female Vocational Farmers in Less Developed Areas ——Based on the Survey and Analysis of 696 Female Farmers in Yunnan Liu Fujun, Ma Yu, Yang Jingya, Su Wenjing (College of Vocational and Continuing Education, Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming, 650201) Abstract: The development of agricultural modernization need the support of new-type vocational farmers. With the transfer?of rural labor force, the proportion of female farmers in the rural labor?force continuously?increases. According to the survey, although the cultural quality of the female farmers in less developed areas has been improved, it is overall low. They have changed some of their ideas and positions, but they still influenced strongly by the traditional customs.In spite of the development of the large scale production, the level of productivity is relatively low. They have the wish to change their hometown, but they are not willing to stay in countryside to start a business. The education and training are in high demand, but we do little on it. The new-type vocational farmers have made progress, but grow up slowly. In order to accelerate the training and education for new-type vocational female farmers in less developed areas, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
