先兆子痫患者D-二聚体水平与24小时尿蛋白定量的研究 中山市博爱医院（中山528403）梅俪凡 【摘要】目的：分析先兆子痫患者D-二聚体水平与24小时尿蛋白定量的相关性。方法：入选的先兆子痫患者82例（观察组）和40例正常妊娠孕妇（对照组），运用免疫比浊法测定D-二聚体；运用散色比浊法测定24小时尿蛋白定量。利用相关系数（r）来表示 D-二聚体水平与24小时尿蛋白定量的相关性，两组均数之间的比较采用t检验。分析比较两组D-二聚体水平与24小时尿蛋白定量的相关性。结果：先兆子痫患者D-二聚体水平与24小时尿蛋白定量呈正相关性。结论：正常妊娠孕妇随着孕期的增长，血清D-二聚体水平也随着增高，表明孕妇体内处于高凝状态及继发性纤溶活性增强。先兆子痫患者血清D-二聚体水平则明显增高，提示此类患者体内处于高凝状态及继发性纤溶亢进，并且可能存在慢性DIC。正常孕妇尿中蛋白可轻度增???，这与体位和肾流量加大、肾小球滤过率增加有关。两者综合观察，可更全面的掌握子痫的预后及发展。 【关键词】先兆子痫；D-二聚体；24小时尿蛋白定量。 The Research of Preeclampsia D-dimer Levels and 24-hour Urine Protein Mei Li-Van Bo ai Hospital，Zhongshan City（Zhongshan 528403） 【Abstract】Objective：Analysis of D-dimer in patients with preeclampsia and 24 hour levels of urinary protein correlation．Methods：Selected 82 patients with preeclampsia，the use of immune turbidimetric method，D-dimer；the use of casual color Turbidimetric Determination of 24-hour urine protein．Analysis of D-dimer levels and 24-hour urine protein correlation．Using correlation coefficient（r）to represent the D-dimer levels and 24-hour urine protein correlation between the two groups were compared using t test．Results：Preeclampsia D-dimer levels and 24-hour urine protein was positively correlated．Conclusion：Normal pregnancy with the pregnancy of the growth，serum D-dimer levels with the increase，indicating that pregnant women in a hypercoagulable state and increased secondary fibrinolysis．Preeclampsia serum D-dimer levels in patients were significantly higher，suggesting that these patients is in the coagulation and fibrinolytic state，and there may be chronic DIC．Normal pregnant women，mild increase in urine protein，which increase with body position and the renal flow，glomerular filtration rate．Comprehensive perspective of the two can be more comprehensive grasp of the prognosis and development of eclampsia． 【Keywords】Preeclampsia；D-dimer；24-hour urine protein 妊娠24周左右，在高血压、蛋白尿的基础上出现头痛、眼花、恶心、呕吐、上腹不适等症状者为先兆子痫。它是一种较为复杂的疾病，是妊高症的特殊表现。先兆子痫是子痫的前期，是一种较为复杂的疾病，是严重影响到孕产妇健康，导致母婴发病及死亡的主要原因，
