太极六合法取穴埋线治疗失眠症的临床研究 罗云波 成都市锦江区中医医院 [摘要] 目的：观察太极六合法取穴穴位埋线治疗慢性失眠症的临床疗效。方法：将180例慢性失眠症患者随机分为3组，治疗组60例予太极六合针法取穴及背俞穴穴位埋线治疗，对照一组60例给予传统针刺疗法治疗，对照二组60例给予舒乐安定治疗。3组均2个疗程后进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分，并统计临床疗效。结果: 对照一组、对照二祖和治疗组治疗前后PSQI差值分别是2.12±0.41 、8.02±1.01 、12.66±1.46，治疗组和对照一组比较、治疗组和对照二组比较差异均有统计学意义；对照一组、对照二祖和治疗组总有效率分别是68.3％、56.7%、90.0%，治疗组和对照一组比较、治疗组和对照二组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0．05)；三组愈显率分别是35％、16.7％、60％，治疗组和对照一组比较、治疗组和对照二组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0．05) (P0．05)。结论：太极六合针法取穴及背俞穴穴位埋线治疗慢性失眠症疗效确切,值得进一步研究推广。 [关键词] 太极六合法;穴位埋线;失眠症 Observation of the the therapeutic effect on chronic insomnia of catgut embedding in acupoint that was chosend base on Taiji liuhe [Abstract]： Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding in acupoint that was chosend base on Taiji liuhe and back transport points on chronic insomnia．Methods：180 patients with chronic insomnia were randomly allocated to three groups．In the treatment group,60 cases of chronic insomnia were treated with acupoint catgut embedding in acupoint that was chosend base on Taiji liuhe and back transport points.In the first control group，60 cases were were treated with traditional acupuncture．In the second control group，60 cases were ordered to take Estazolam，2mg dosage every day. The therapeutic efect and PSQI scores were analyzed in the three groups after 2 therapeutic courses．Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group(90.0%) was superior than that in the first control group (68.3％，P0.01)，superior than that in the second control group (56.7%，P0.01),the cure and marked effective rate in the treatment group(60％) was superior than that in the firest control group (35％，P0.01)，superior than that in the second control group and (16.7％，P0.01)；PSQI score difference between before and after treatment in the treatment group(12.66±1.46) was higher than that in the firest control group (8.02±1.01，P0.05)，higher than that in the second control group (2.12±0.41，P0.01).Condusion : The acupoint catgut embedding in acupoint that was chosend
