Methods According to results of the histopathology, CT manifestations of 42 cases containing 19 ECT were obersved and analysed. Results Fifteen cases of thyroid adenoma displayed that focuses had regular shapes, sharped margins, nodal enhancement. ECT showed cool or warm nodes.Thirteen cases of thyroid carcinoma displayed that focuses had irregular shapes, blurry margins, 甲状腺常见病变CT unhomogeneous densities and unhomogeneous enhancement with fine calcify. ECT showed cold nodes.Fourteen cases of nodal goitre displayed that focuses were multi- 诊断及与ECT对照 nodes,blurry margins, homogeneous densities and middle enhancement. ECT showed 分析 warm nodes. Conclusions CT examination has definite values. Thrugh consulting to nuclide congregatting of ECT,the veracity of diagnosis can be more promoted. [Key words] Thyroid Adenom
