行政部2015年工作总结及2016年工作计划
一、部门人员配置现状
行政部目前主要分为行政、客服、人事、外联和督查五个版块,现设有部门经理、副经理各1名,行政主管1名,基层员工11名(不含督察)。
1、行政版块主要工作职责为前台接待、收发快递、开具发票、合同管理、印制公章、公告管理、物业对接、后勤报销、公司安保等,配有前台接待1名,后勤阿姨1名,司机1名,外聘保安1名;
2、客服版块主要工作职责为电话接待、来访接待、退卡受理、投诉处理等,配有客服接待1名;
3、人事版块分为公司人事、门店人事:公司人事主要负责公司员工的招聘配置、考勤管理、绩效考核、薪资福利、劳动关系管理等,配有1名人事专员;门店人事主要负责门店员工薪资福利管理、工资单审核、劳务纠纷处理、入离职及考勤管理等,配有4名人事专员;
