 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 26 毕业设计（论文） 题目： 中国游戏外包电子商务平台生存竞争力分析 学 院 商学院 专 业 电子商务 届 别 2009届 学 号 0524211003 姓 名 蔡正元 指导老师 谭龙江 指导老师职称 讲师 华侨大学教务处印制 2009 年5月 【摘 要】 中国游戏外包产业在游戏产业的助力下高速发展，国际投资不断涌入。由于受到人力、技术等众多因素制约，使得游戏外包产业的发展受到了阻力。然而电子商务在中国市场上的运作并取得的良好的效益使我们看到了创新型电子商务平台带来的曙光。各行各业都在或多或少的与电子商务结缘，建立游戏外包电子商务平台正是游戏外包行业与电子商务的结合。本文结合产业数据，借助STP、SWOT、“波特五力”分析模型对游戏外包这样的细分市场电子商务平台是否具有建设意义和发展空间以及其生存竞争能力进行分析。综合分析得出该游戏外包电子商务平台将为投资方带来丰厚的资金、数据收益，具有良好的商业运作价值。 【关键词】游戏外包 电子商务平台 生存力 竞争力 [ABSTRACT] With the help of game industry, Chinese game outsourcing industry boosts in high speed development, thus the international investment emerges unceasingly. But because of the restrictions of manpower, the technology and any other factors, the development of the game outsourcing industry faces the resistance. However, the benefits that E-commerce in the Chinese markets operation obtains show that the innovative E-commerce platform gives us the reason to bear the positive attitude toward future. The various trades and occupations are more or less become the buddhist which get to use to the E-commerce technology, and building the game outsourcing E-commerce platform is precisely the union of the game outsourcing and the E-commerce. This article combines industry data, applying the STP, the SWOT and the “Porters five force” analysis model to the game outsourcing which is the market segment in order to the analysis whether this E - commerce platform is the constructive, as well as development and survival analysis. The comprehensive analysis will come to the conclusion that this game outsourcing E-commerce platform will brings investors substantial funds and the data benefit, having an extremely great commercial operation value.
