沈 阳 理 工 大 学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：沈煤集团多种经营公司财务管理的问题研究 学 院： 经济与管理学院 专 业： 会 计 学 学生姓名： 钟 文 雪 指导教师： 李 争 艳 2011年 4月 15日 沈煤集团多种经营公司财务管理的问题研究  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT III 摘 要 随着我国经济的快速发展，工业企业在国民经济和社会成长中发挥着不可替代的作用。工业企业是推动国民经济发展，构造市场经济主体，促进社会稳定的基础力量。特别是当前，在确保国民经济适度增长、实现科教兴国、缓解就业压力、优化经济结构等方面，工业企业均发挥着越来越重要的作用。企业要想在激烈的竞争中生存与发展，就必须加强企业自身的财务管理，进行管理控制。企业管理以财务管理为核心，这已经成为现代工业企业管理的常识。它是根据财经法规制度，按照财务管理原则，组织企业财务活动，处理财务关系的经济工作。然而企业在快速发展的同时，由于其特殊的经营方式，使其在财务管理方面常常存在这样或那样的问题，成为了制约企业发展的重要因素之一。 本文以沈煤集团多种经营公司为例，从财务管理理论入手，对该公司的筹资管理、营运资金管理、投资管理三个方面进行分析，提出了该公司筹资困难、筹资方式单一、呆滞品库存过高、应收账款过高以及该公司投资方面的问题，并对此提出了相应的解决对策。 关键词：财务管理；筹资；营运资金；投资 Abstract With the rapid development of our economy, Industrial Enterprises in the national economy and social growth plays an irreplaceable role.
