华北水利水电学院毕业论文 第  PAGE II 页 自密实混凝土配合比设计方法研究 摘要：自密实混凝土(Self—Compacting Concrete，简称SCC)是指拌和物具有很高的流动性并且在浇筑过程中不离析、不泌水，能够不经振捣而充满模板和包裹钢筋的混凝土，属于高流动性混凝土的高端部分。与常规混凝土相比，免去了振捣工序，靠自重成型，解决了不宜或无法进行振捣作业(如钢筋过于密集、断面过深或过于复杂等)的问题，提高浇注速度，缩短施工工期。 自密实混凝土配合比设计方法有多种，如固定砂石体积法、经验推导法、全计算法、绝对体积法等。但在实际生产中发现，多数设计方法不能很好的配制出满足要求的自密实混凝土，都或多或少的存在一些问题。 本文选取两种设计方法——全计算法、绝对体积法，通过设计相同要求的自密实混凝土对其进行比较，最终结果表明，绝对体积法在设计自密实混凝土时占有一定优势，可较顺利的配制出满足需要的自密实混凝土，且在综合成本方面低于全计算法配制出的自密实混凝土，虽然强度方面低于全计算法配制的混凝土，但能满足设计要求。 【关键词】：自密实混凝土 配合比设计 全计算法 绝对体积法  Study on mix design method of self-compacting concrete Abstract： Self-compacting concrete (Self-Compacting Concrete, referred to as SCC) is the mixture of high liquidity and no segregation in the casting process, no bleeding, can be full of templates without vibration of reinforced concrete and packages, a high mobility of high-end part of the concrete. Compared with conventional concrete, eliminating the vibration process, by forming self-respect, should not or can not solve the vibration operations (such as the steel is too dense, too deep or too complicated cross section, etc.) of the problem and improve casting speed, shorten the construction period 。 Self-compacting concrete mix design of means, such as fixed sand volume, experience derived method, all calculations, the absolute volume method. However, actual production is found in most design methods are not well prepared to meet the requirements of a self-compacting concrete, are more or less there are some problems.
