武汉工程大学本科专业课程设计 PAGE   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 武汉工程大学本科专业课程设计 课 程 设 计 说 明 书 武 汉 工 程 大 学  PAGE I 化工与制药学院 课程设计说明书 课题名称 年产31万吨聚丙烯合成工艺设计 ——可行性研究报告 专业班级 工业催化01班 学生学号 1006160129 学生姓名 张琦 学生成绩 指导教师 杨小俊 课题工作时间 2013.9.23~2013.10.6 武汉工程大学化工与制药学院  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV 摘 要 本次课程设计是年产31万吨聚丙烯合成工艺设计。首先通过对聚丙烯国内外市场发展现状与趋势，预测未来国内外市场聚丙烯的供需状况。着重对国内近期聚丙烯发展现状与趋势以及消费结构等进行分析。对国内市场未来几年的需求进行了预测，并对未来几年的扩能情况进行了分析。接着通过对比不同工艺及相关条件的优缺点，选用了间歇液相本体法工艺。然后从经济投资、环境保护、项目经济效益等方面对该工艺进行了可行性分析。最后按照所设计的工艺绘制带控制点的工艺流程图和厂房平面布置图，并完成课程设计说明书。 关键词：聚丙烯；间歇液相本体法工艺；发展现状与趋势；可行性。 Abstract The design is an annual output of 310000 tons of polypropylene synthetic process design. Firstly, by analyzing the current development and tendency of polypropylene industry, both domestic and international situation of supply and demand are predicted. The analysis of current development, tendency and consumption structure of polypropylene industry in China is emphasized. At the same time，the future demand in domestic market is predicted and production expansion ability in the coming years is analyzed. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different processing techniques and attached conditions, the process of batch liquid phase bulk was chosen for this design. Then a feasibility analysis of the design on the aspects of economic investment, environmental protection and economic benefits is made. Finally, drawing process flow sheet with control points and workshop layout drawing according to the process design, and complete the design?specification.
