基于燃烧式气体传感器的家庭 天然气监测报警器设计 电信 131 张海林 摘要 本文针对常见的可燃性气体------天然气，以接触燃烧式甲烷传感器和微控制器为核心设计了 CH4 报警 器。此报警器主要模块包括：甲烷气体传感器及驱动电路、传感器信号处理单元和逻辑控制单元、声光报 警模块、系统电源模块等。在本文设计中，主要通过微控制器控制电路，利用甲烷传感器采集家庭环境中 天然气浓度，对采集数据加以处理，与开始设置的环境天然气报警逻辑值比较，判断是否报警。如果天然 气浓度超过预设的逻辑值，及时做出反应，并通过声光报警模块提醒人们天然气浓度超标，保护人们生命 财产安全。 本文最后针对此系统分析其创新以及不足之处，并给出一定解决方案，使得此系统更加实用，更好的 适应现代社会的快速发展。 关键字：接触燃烧式甲烷传感器；监测报警器；微控制器 Abstract This paper according to common combustible gas: natural gas, to be in contact with the burning of methane se nsor and microcontroller as the core design of CH4 alarm. The alarm module including: methane gas sensor and dr ive circuit and sensor signal processing module and logic control module, sound light alarm module, the system po wer supply module and so on.In this paper, the system controls circuit through the micro controller , uses methane sensor to collect gas concentration in family environment, deals with the collected data , and compares the results of analysis with the beginning gas alarm logic value of the environment.Finally, the system could determine wheth er to alarm. If natural gas concentration exceeds the preset logic value , the system will respond in time , and remin d people to exceed the standard natural gas through the sound and light alarm module , which protects peoples live -s and property safety. Finally, this paper analyzes the innovation and deficiencies of this system, and gives some solutions, which m akes the system more practical and better adapt to the rapid development of modern society.
