第二章 负荷计算  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 26  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 23 毕业设计(论文)任务书 课题名称长沙凤凰大厦空调设计（含冷冻站、通风防排烟设计）院 （系）城市建设与安全环境学院专 业建筑环境与设备工程姓 名学 号起讫日期指导教师 摘要 摘要 摘要 本建筑位于长沙市武陵区，为地下一层、地上十三层的综合办公大楼，地上建筑高度52.2米，总建筑面积为：10172平方米左右，空调面积约为6538平方米。一层～二层为大厅、监控室、游艺室、练功房、阅览室、办公室，三层～五层为厨房、餐厅、客房、会议室、局长室、接待室、办公室，六层～十二层为办公室和会议室。属于真题假做。本文首先利用冷负荷计算法对建筑负荷进行了计算，通过经济性和技术性比较选择了地源热泵作为冷热源。针对各房间的位置和功能不同，食堂、大会议厅、门厅、接待室、游艺室等大空间采用了全空气系统，房间空气品质较好，并且在过渡季节可以实现全新风运行，最大程度上利用自然界的能量，节省能源。对于办公室和客房等一些使用较为灵活的小房间，采用风机盘管和独立新风的半集中式系统，可以实现较为灵活的控制。在第二章中首先对建筑负荷进行了精确计算，对机组参数进行了修正。对于全空气系统采用一次回风的机器露点送风的方式，风机盘管系统采用独立新风的方式，通过计算确定了各房间的送风状态和送风量。针对不同的房间采用了不同的送风方式，除门厅和客房采用侧送形式，其他各类房间均采用了散流器平送的方式。本文对空调系统的消声减振及保温也做了一定的讨论。本文在设计的过程中充分的考虑到了节能的要求，通过水力计算确保系统能够正常运行。 关键词：空气调节 全空气系统 空气—水风机盘管系统 Abstract Abstract The building is located in Changsha, Jiangsu Province, is a comprehensive construction。It contains 12-floor, including Cafeteria, Guest room,bed room and so on. The Overall area of 10172 square meters. This article first estimates the load , choosing chiller and a water boiler as cold and covering a large space chooses entire air system.it can get air of better quality and can run in the tansition seasons with all fresh air , which can make best use of natural energy and save energy. For offices and some other small rooms which use more flexibly, chose fan-coil system that can achieve a more flexible control. In the second parts ,the author first do a accurate calculation of the load and then amend the parameters of the units. For the all air system ，the air is cooled to machine dew point. For fan coil system the fresh air is forced into the room independently after being cooled. Then the author definit the state of the air by caiculateing.For adifferent room from the air supply using different methods, such as Cafeteria and Conference room use the casual gift-flow-way, the room air supply by the way side.
