PAGE   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 101 (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 摘 要 本建筑为北京银行办公楼，一、二层为营业大厅、门厅等大空间房间，三至六层为办公室。设计的任务是完成该建筑的通风空调设计。 银行办公楼属于民用建筑，宜用舒适性空调系统，即为室内人员创造舒适健康环境的空调系统。该设计就是要完成对办公楼夏季室内的供冷，以及防火排烟和消声减震的设计。设计的内容主要有：（1）空调冷负荷和湿负荷的计算。计算的方法采用的是谐波反应法。（2）夏季空调过程的设计，包括送风状态确定，送风量计算，新风量计算，回风量计算和冷量计算。（3）空调系统的划分和方案确定，由于该办公楼一、二层为大厅和门厅等宜采用全空气系统，即全部用空气承担室内的冷负荷、热负荷；三至六层为办公楼，宜优先采用调节方便的半集中式空调系???，即对室内空气处理的设备分设在各个被调节和控制的房间内，而又将新风集中在新风机房进行处理。（4）空调制冷设备选型，包括风机盘管，全空气机组和新风机组的选型。（5）气流组织设计，包括送风气流组织设计，回风口设计计算。(6)风管水管的水力计算，确定风管的断面尺寸和水管的管径。（7）防火排烟设计，设置防火阀，防火防烟阀。（8）消声减震，分析噪声的来源，确定噪声量的来源，并选择消声器。 通过该设计实现了对北京银行办公楼夏季供冷和通风的需求，创造了一个有利于健康的，适于人类工作和生活的内部空间环境。 关键词： 通风空调； 舒适； 供冷；防火排烟； 消声减震 Abstract This building for Beijing bank offices, a business task is finished the building ventilation and air conditioning design.
