PAGE   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 4 (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 毕　业　设　计 题 目 江西省九江县供电有限责任公司 生产通信调度大楼施工组织设计 英文题目 The Construction design for Production Scheduling Communications Building of Power limited liability company in JiujiangCounty,Jiangxi Province 学生姓名： 学 号： 专 业： 土木工程 系 别： 土木工程系 指导教师： 职称: 二 零 一一年 六 月 摘 要 本工程为九江县供电有限责任公司生产通信调度大楼工程，地点位于九江市九江县庐山北路，九江县人民政府西北侧，总建筑面积8913.7m2 ，建筑层数为地下一层，地上十层，结构形式为框架结构。 本施工组织设计首先运用广联达软件以图纸资料为依据，对工程量进行计算。在清楚每个工程的内容范围以及每一样材料，特别是混凝土、钢筋等一些重要材料用量的前提下，以《江西省建筑工程消耗量定额及统一基价表》、《江西省装饰装修工程消耗量定额及统一基价表》为依据，确定各工种人员及机械安排计划，材料消耗量计划，根据现场实际情况进行施工平面布置安排。明确并优化分部分项工程的施工方案，保证各项施工顺利进行。 本施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据，编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、施工进度横道图、网络图、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性及可行性。 关键词： 组织； 计划； 方案 Abstract ??? ?
