The main design elements include: site selection; key technical and economic indicators selection and verification of the comprehensive calculation ( including; blast furnace burden calculation, the calculation of material balance and of furnace ); planning and workshop layout; design of blast furnace blast furnace body -- type, lining material, cooling, blast furnace steel structure and foundation; blast furnace workshop equipment system selection; as well as two piece of 0drawings. The main design features are summarized as follows: Blast furnace: the effective volume,2129m3; base number，2; layout, type of peninsula. Hot blast stove: structure, external combustion type; the number4seat, air temperature,1400 ℃. The main technical and economic indicators: effective volume utilization coefficient,2.5 tm3d; coke480 kgt; coal ratio,130kgt; comprehensive smelting intensity,1.46 tm3d; generation of life, in 15years. Iron burden composition, sinter,pellet,ore block. Mixed ore grade53.56. Slag: amount of slag, 460.81 kgt； basicity of slag ( CaOSiO2),1.10. Iron: [Si],0.7000; [S],0.0350; [P],0.0706; [Ti],0.0250, [V],0.1705. Blast parameters: Volume，4992.19 m3min; air temperature,1100 ℃; oxygen enrichment percent
