 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II  PAGE XLV (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 摘 要 为了缩短矿工上下井的路途时间，减轻矿工上下井的体能消耗，并且针对部分地区煤矿因斜井巷道比较窄，索道长度在500米左右，最大倾角为15°，地势环境比较差以及起重运输不便等原因，不能使用双向无极循环运行模式，而需采用单向循环运行模式。实现其具有运行安全可靠、人员上下方便、随到随行、不需等待、一次性投入低、动力消耗小、操作简单、便于维护、工作人员少和运送效率高等特点。于是本设计采用PLC系统控制，并在控制系统中加入一氧化碳传感器、甲烷传感器、紧急停车装置、过摆保护开关等元件进行设计，设计出满足要求的猴车控制系统，对架空乘人装置、PLC、气体传感器进行选型和计算，解决实际使用中容易出现的问题，根据系统要求设计出能满足控制要求的控制电路、流程图以及控制程序，并达成预期目标。 关键词：猴车；PLC；斜井；单向运行；起重运输  ABSTRACT In order to shorten the journey time miners fluctuation Wells, and reduce the miners fluctuation Wells physique consume, and in order for some part of inclined coal roadway is narrow in somewhere, the maximum Angle in about 500m for 15°, inconvenient and so on, cannot use two-way non-polar circular running mode, and the need to adopt one-way cycle operating mode.
