 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 吉林化工学院毕业设计说明书 矿山空气压缩机智能监控控制仿真系统设计 Design of Simulation System for?Intelligent?Control?of Mine Aircompressor 学生学号： 学生姓名： 专业班级： 测控 指导教师： 职 称： 讲 师 起止日期： 2014.2.24～2014.6.13 吉 林 化 工 学 院 Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology矿山空气压缩机智能监控控制仿真系统设计 吉林化工学院毕业设计说明书 -  PAGE 30 - -  PAGE I - 摘 要 空气压缩机的安全生产和保护对于厂矿企业的生产是十分重要的。可编程控制器(PLC)将传统的继电器控制技术、计算机控制技术和通信技术融为一体，专为工业控制而设计。利用传感检测仪表和PLC对矿山空气压缩机进行控制，实现空气压缩机监控系统设计，从而使生产系统获取良好的经济效益和安全性能。本设计介绍了空气压缩机PLC控制系统组成、保护功能、控制原理、系统通信、系统信号的采集，以及控制系统软件设计思想。 本文给出了空气压缩机监控系统的总体设计方案硬件组态及网络通讯配置方案开发了空气压缩机公共参数系统。PLC的监控软件，及基于WinCC(Windows Control Center)的空气压缩机上位机过程监控软件，完成了监控系统的安装与调试工作。该方案充分利用将空压机与PLC控制器相连， 能够灵活方便地实现对空压机的远程监控。在对控制系统需求分析的基础上，设计出空压机监控系统的总体结构，给出了系统的软硬件配置，详细阐述了系统各功能模块的内容及作用，并对系统调试原理和方法进行了说明。实际运行结果表明该控制系统运行良好，效果达到了预期要求。 关键词：空气压缩机；PLC；控制系统；WinCC -  PAGE 31 - Abstract The safety operation and protection of air compressor is of great importance to the production of factories and mining enterprises. Integrating the conventional relay control, computer control and communication control technologies, programmable logic control(PLC)is designed specially for industrial control. Sensing detection instruments and PLC are used to control mine air compressors, realizing the design of air compressor monitoring system so as to system gain good economic benefits and safety performance. The paper describes the composition, protection function, control principle, system communication, collection of system signals and design idea of the PLC system of air compressors. The thesis gives the total design plan, and network communication plan of the air compressor monitoring system, and it develops the PLC monitoring software of public parameters and the super computer monitoring software of the air compressor monitoring system based on WinCC(Windows Control Center), and finishes the installation and debuggin
