1. Fast reading(Skiming and Scanning)and careful reading,

Teaching Procedures
Step 1: Warming up
Watch a short video about future life, according to it, have a free talk with students about life in the future.
Step 2: Fast-Reading
1. Ask students to skim and scan the whole passage.
2.Get students to find the key words and expressions in the passage.
3.Check by asking them to answer
Step 3:Careful- reading
1.Get students to read the passage after the tape-recorder again, answering the questions of each part.
