Frame;The machine frame consists of a stiff beam structure with seats and supports for housing the following functional units: - Motorization - Preforms loading - Ovens - Chain rotation - Variable pitch;TRAINING;The preform turnover unit (5) is positioned in correspondence to the loading hopper. It allows the unloading of the preforms, placed in suitable containers (octabin), directly into the loading hopper. The preform turnover unit consists of a metallic structure (1) and a container (8) housed inside. It is equipped with two upper rollers (14) sliding on the profiles of the shelves (15) and two brackets (12) fastened to the sliders (10). The sliders are operated by an electrical motor (13) that through the propeller shaft (11) operates the belts (9) shifting the container (8) to the preform unloading position into the hopper. The upper part of the container (5) is equipped with a suitably shaped cover (6) to convey preforms being unloaded. The metallic structure (1) is closed on the front by the door (4) and by the upper protection (2). The door and upper protection are operated by means of a pneumatic cylinder (3) and a chain mechanism.;The elevator consists of a vertical conveyor composed by a step belt (1) operated by an electrical motor (2). It collects the preforms from the container (3) and lifts them to a height of approx. 2 m.
