A Study on Work Stress of Real Estate Industry Knowledge Workers
on the Basis of Psychological Contract

Abstract: Knowledge workers have become the key psychological connection of employees with their
forces of the human resource in real estate industry. In employer, which has impact on employee’s job
the context of restructuring, the intensified market satisfaction, organizational commitment, job
competition makes the external stress confronted by performance and employee turnover, and then affects the
companies increasingly enhance, which compels the realization of organizational goal in the end (Li Yuan,
companies to put organizational transformation in 2006). Work stress could influence employee’s health,
practice. And the changes related with working inherent work attitude and organizational performance. As far as
characteristics firmly affect workers’ psychological antecedents of work stress, different scholars have
