　　XIAP在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中表达的论文 【摘要】 目的探讨x连锁凋亡抑制蛋白（xiap）在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中表达的意义及动脉介入化疗对宫颈鳞状细胞癌（xiap）表达的影响。方法选取50例宫颈鳞癌患者介入化疗前后宫颈组织，以30例正常宫颈组织为对照，采用免疫组化染色sp法检测xiap表达水平的变化，采用dna缺口原位末端标记法（tunel）检测细胞凋亡指数（ai）。结果xiap在宫颈鳞癌细胞的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织(plt;0.05)，且在低分化癌组织中表达明显高于高、中分化癌组织，ⅲ期鳞癌明显高于ⅱ期(plt;0.05)，介入化疗前xiap表达水平明显高于介入化疗后(plt;0.05)，而介入化疗前ai明显低于介入化疗后(plt;0.05)。结论xiap在宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起着重要作用，动脉介入化疗可能通过有效下调xiap表达，从而诱导宫颈鳞癌细胞凋亡。 【关键词】 宫颈癌；xiap;动脉介入化疗 effect of intraarterial influsion chemotherapy(iaic) on expression of xlinked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (xiap) in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix gong yi,liu zhaoxia，cai liping department of gynecology,the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university ,nanchang 330006,chinaabstract：objective to investigate the expression of the xlinked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (xiap) in squamous carcinoma of cervix and the effect of intraarterial influsion chemotherapy on xiap. methodssamples from 30 normal cervical tissues and 50 cervical squamous carcinoma tissues before and after intraarterial influsion chemotherapy ples by sp immunohistochemical technique. apoptosis index(ai) inaldeoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling (tunel). resultsthe xiap expression in squamous carcinoma of cervix al cervical tissue (plt;0.05). samples or had loous cell carcinoma staging or degree of malignancy. patients after the treatment by iaic had loent (plt;0.05). conclusionabnormal expression of xiap may contribute to the pathogenesis and development of the squamous carcinoma of cervix.it suggested that apoptosis induced by intraarterial influsion chemotherapy may mediated by the doous cell carcinoma. key ous carcinoma;xiap; intraarterial influsion chemotherapy 1资料与方法 1.1资料选取1999年1月~2008年1月本院收治经病理确诊的宫颈鳞癌患者50例，年龄30～66岁，平均48.28±6.68岁,患者行介入化疗前均未接受任何治疗,所选病例均符合以下条件（1）figo分期在ⅱ～ⅲ期； (2)肝肾功能良好； (3)心电图、胸片正常；（4）血常规正常；（5）凝血酶原时间正常；（6）无其他内外科并发症。.cOm 1.2分组所选50例患者分别于化疗前、后取宫颈肿瘤组织，设为化疗前组和化疗后组；按照annheim公司。 1.4方法在宫颈肿瘤组织上取活检组织块约0.3 cm×0.3 cm×0.3 cm大小，用10％福尔马林液固定后送病理科常规
