　　国产沉香醇浸膏挥发油成分分析的论文 作者：田佳佳 郭晓玲 赖林城 周宏兵 章卫民 高晓霞 【摘要】 　　目的研究分析国产沉香醇浸膏挥发油成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取沉香醇浸膏挥发油，气相色谱-质谱联用技术（gc-ms）进行成分分析。结果气相色谱分离得到93个色谱峰，检出53个化合物。其中芳香族化合物含量占总挥发油的19.59%；倍半萜类占18.62%；脂肪酸与脂肪酸酯的总相对含量为40.52%；同时检出一个2-（2-苯乙基）色酮类和一个二萜类成分。结论首次在沉香挥发油中检出异长叶烯、α-雪松醇、β-马阿里烯和泪衫醇。 【关键词】 国产沉香； 挥发油； 醇浸膏； 气相色谱-质谱联用 　　abstract:objectiveto study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from chinese eagleethods the volatile oil distillation from the alcoholic extracts. the ponents s technique.resultsgc-ms gave 93 peaks and 53 pounds ore pounds are analyzed ple by extracting volatile oil from the alcoholic ex
