PAGE   PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 摘 要 本文主要介绍了 PLC在城市污水处理中的具体应用实例，系统设计了城市污水处理工艺流程和基于SIEMENS的S7—200 系列PLC的污水处理实施方案，以及城市污水处理厂电气控制系统的方法。为了提高污水处理厂的运行管理水平， PLC也成为了该系统的重要组成单元之一，在该系统中各单元按一定拓扑结构互相连接构成污水处理厂的控制系统。结合污水处理厂自动化控制系统的运行情况，PLC对污水厂的进出水质等参数进行监控，同时控制水区及泥区的设备工作，当系统出现故障的时候系统能够自行报警。设计包含了污水处理厂的设备组成、自动化控制方式和PLC各工作站的功能、网络构成在污水处理中的应用，总结自动化控制系统对提高生产效率、减少现场操作人员、提高安全性发挥的良好效果。 关键词 污水处理 自动化控制系统 PLC 软件设计 Abstract This paper designs the project of urban sewage disposal with PLC, which is SIEMENS S7—200 series and introduces the method of urban wastewater treatment. The paper also designs the method of supervises and control in the urban wastewater treatment plant.
