东北大学秦皇岛分校 毕业设计（论文） 第 页 PAGE XCII  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 毕业设计（论文） 混合化工废水处理工艺设计 学 院资源与材料学院专 业环境工程班级学号xxxxx学生姓名xxx指导教师Xxx 2014年6月17日 东北大学秦皇岛分校 毕业设计（论文） 第PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT78页 混合化工废水处理工艺设计 摘 要 本设计针对南方某小城镇混合化工废水，采用以AAO工艺为主体工艺的设计方案。 进水由20万人口生活污水与1.5万吨工业废水混合而成，平均日进水量为47000m3d，最高日进水量为61080m3d。污水进水水质为：CODCr=448mgL；BOD5=216mgL；SS=214mgL；NH3-N=39mgL；TN=66mgL；TP=6mgL。污水处理主路线为：污水通过中格栅后进入提升泵房，然后通过细格栅、旋流沉砂池、电磁流量计、辐流式初沉池等一级处理构筑物，进入二级处理构筑物AAO生物反应池、然后经过辐流式二沉池、接触消毒池、巴氏计量槽后，排入Ⅲ类水体，实行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级B标准，初沉污泥和剩余污泥经过污泥浓缩和脱水后进入污泥最终处置系统。各类污染物的去除率为：CODcr≥87.7%；BOD5≥90.7%；SS≥89.8%；NH3-N≥79.5%；TN≥63.6%；TP≥80.0%。 污水处理厂总投资费用为4493.06万元，运营费为728.79万元年，处理成本为0.29元吨。经计算，本污水处理设计满足相关要求。 关键词：污水处理，AAO，脱氮除磷，工艺设计 Design Of Sewage Treatment Plant Of Mixed Chemical Wastewater Author: xxx Tutor: xxx Abstract This design is used for the treatment of the urban sewage which contains chemical sewage in the south of China，and the A2O process is used as the main process. The influent sewage is consist of the urban sewage discharged by 200,000 people and 15,000 tons industrial sewage. The average of daily water flow is 47000m3 d, and the route for the treatment is sewage flow through the medium grill, then flow into pumping station, and then flows through a fine grid, rotational flow grit chamber, electromagnetic flow meter, then it flows through the primary settling tank, AAO biological reaction tank, secondary sedimentation tank, disinfecting tank, finally it flows through PAP metering tank pour into Ⅲclass water. All of this process carries out the B standard of the standard of pollutants for municipal sewage treatment plant. The various pollutants removal is CODcr≥87.72%; BOD5≥3.06%; SS≥90.65%; NH3-N≥82.05%; TN≥87.88%; TP≥80.00%. The total investment cost of the wastewater treatment plant is 44.9306 million
