Unless defined otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement. The Board announces that on 31 March 2017, the Company awarded 100,000 Awarded Shares to D r . Leung Lim Kin Simon (the “ Dr. Leung ”), being the vice chairman and executive director of the Company, pursuant to the Share Award Scheme (the “ Awarded Shares ”).
