PAGE 38  PAGE 37 宁 毕业设计(论文) 饲料破碎机设计 所在学院机械与电气工程学院专 业机械设计制造及其自动化班 级姓 名学 号指导老师 2015 年 3 月 31 日  PAGE 39 摘 要 饲料破碎机的发展方向将是向高科技化方向发展，制造出适用性强的饲料破碎机很有发展市场，对不同地区开发出不同的饲料破碎机是很有发展前途的。由此，相应的制造出高性能的饲料破碎机是国外饲料破碎的发展概况。饲料粉碎机主要用于粉碎各种饲料和各种粗饲料，饲料粉碎的目的是增加饲料表面积和调整粒度，增加表面积提高了适口性，且在消化边内易与消化液接触，有利于提高消化率，更好吸收饲料营养成分。调整粒度一方面减少了畜禽咀嚼对耗用的能量，另方面对输送、贮存、混合及制粒更为方便，效率和质量更好。 全套图纸，加153893706 粉碎是外力克服体分子间内聚力并使之碎裂的过程，其基本方法有以下几种。 1、击碎：主要是靠高速运转的部件，冲击产生碎裂，该方法生产率高，发热量少，灰粉少适用于加式脆性物料。 2、质碎：利用两个原盘的刻有齿槽的坚硬表面，对饲料进行和磨擦而碎裂，其优点是制造成本较低，所需动力较小，缺点是磨出来的饲料温度较高，粉末多，细碎度不易控制。适用于加工塑性较大的物料。 3、压碎：利用两个表面光滑的压辊，以相同的速度相对转动，将饲料压碎，常用于压扁大麦等饲料，作为大牲畜饲养之用。 4、锯切碎：利用两个表面有齿而转速不同的磨辊将物料切碎，其优点是便于挖制粗细度，发势量少，便于保管，适于加工谷物料、饼渣等。 关键词：饲料破碎装置；破碎； 改进设计 Abstract The development direction of harvester will be to high-tech direction, making out the applicability of harvester is the development of the market, is very promising for different regions developed different harvester.
