In this period we will listen to an interview related to dinosaurs.At the same time,students once more learn some words concerning the disappearing of the dinosaurs.The teacher may first lead the students to some new words and then encourage the students to listen carefully and do the exercises followed.During this course,the students may have difficulty.If so,the teacher may help.Then the students will learn how to express possibility in the past and consolidate it through three activities.

The teacher check the students’ homework yesterday—searching for more information about monsters,especially dinosaurs.

Step 2 Listening and vocabulary
T:In last module we have learned something about performing an interview as well as how to express possibility and improbability.Now follow me to do some listening.In Activity 1,you need to complete the sentences with the words in the box.Look at the screen and follow me to read these words,meanwhile,try to catch their meanings.
