METHODS 130 patients with rectal cancer patients on the reservation autonomic extended radical resection of rectal cancer. The results of urinary dysfunction in 12.3 % (16/130), male sexual dysfunction: erectile dysfunction was 21.5% (19/88), ejaculation disorders 28.4% (25/88). Conclusion reserved autonomic extended radical resection of rectal cancer can reduce postoperative sexual function and urinary dysfunction. Conclusion The dilatation radical correction of rectal neoplasm of reservation autonomic nerve can effectively decrease sexual dysfunction and uropoiesis dysfunction after operation.
