Serum CA125 levels and FDG PET results have a certain relevance, 33 cases of elevated CA125 in patients with PET imaging in 31 cases positive, 10 cases of normal levels of CA125 in patients with only five cases of positive PET imaging. [Conclusion] When conventional imaging studies with negative or suspicious when, PET / CT imaging for detection of recurrence of ovarian cancer with high sensitivity and accuracy, particularly in postoperative patients with elevated CA125 case, FDG PET / CT can help in the detection of occult recurrence or metastasis to guide further treatment.
