Juan-fluorouracil release agent on the safety of patients with esophageal carcinoma. [Method] 82 patients with esophageal cancer were treated with surgery and implantation of sustained-release surgery 5? Juan fluorouracil; the same time as control group, 80 cases to surgery alone. Detection of two groups before and after surgery in patients with liver and kidney function, white blood cells, immune indicators, comparing the occurrence of postoperative complications. [Results] after two groups of white blood cells in patients with liver and kidney function and no significant difference between values (Pgt; 0.05); after CD3 experimental group were lower than the control group (P lt;0.05), the rest of the immune parameters no significant difference ( Pgt; 0.05). Experimental group, the incidence of postoperative wound infection in 4.88% (4 / 82), the control group was 1.25% (1 / 80), P lt;0.05, the rest of the incidence of postoperative complications was no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05).
