Methods: A hospital in January 2006 ~ December 2007 emergency surgical treatment of 50 cases of ectopic pregnancy patient’s anesthesia data were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The bleeding volume lt;750ml 31 cases, bleeding volume (750 ~ 1500) m1 14 cases, blood lossgt; 2000 ml 1 Li. After the integrated treatment of perioperative period, the entire group of patients after a mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) than the preoperative MAP, HR has rebounded significantly improved hemodynamics and no anesthesia complications, perioperative year mortality rate of zero. The whole group of patients before surgery, after MAP, HR compared with no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05). Conclusion: The accurate assessment of blood loss, a positive expansion of anti-shock, a reasonable choice anesthesia, as soon as possible abdominal bleeding, ectopic pregnancy surgery in patients with close monitoring is the key to dealing with emergency anesthesia.
