SGN in lupus nephritis (LN) ranked first, accounting for 34.92% (44/126). Alport syndrome in HERN most common, accounting for 1.61% of all renal biopsy cases (13/805). The most common clinical manifestations of nephritic syndrome (45.84%, 369/805) and nephrotic syndrome (NS) (35.90%, 289/805). IgAN nephritic syndrome is the most common histological type, accounting for acute nephritic syndrome and chronic nephritis syndrome 29.41% (20/68) and 45.49 % (131/288). NS main pathological types of minimal change nephropathy (MCD), accounting for 20.07% (58/289). FSGS main clinical manifestations of NS (73.08%, 38/52).
