Results (1) A set of operation start and end of surgery, SBP, DBP and HR higher than the B group, P lt;0.05; PG levels at different time points are different, (F = 220.752, P lt;0.000); A group of PG levels increased more significantly, B group is relatively stable, (F = 12.566 , P = 0.001); two trends are not parallel PG, (F = 38.254, P lt;0.000). Conclusion anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia program can ensure the cycle parameters in patients with abdominal surgery, diabetes and blood sugar levels relatively stable.
