Methods 674 cases of young women under the age of 30, using nucleic acid molecules, hybridization genotyping technology test positive for HPV DNA typing; simultaneous cervical cytology, colposcopy biopsy and pathological examination, diagnostic criteria. Results 10 most common HPV infection frequency from high to low for the HPV 16,52,58,6,11,33,18,53,39,31; HPV 16 type and severity of cervical lesions was associated with normal or inflammation in the group, low-grade squamous intraepithelial neoplasia (LSIL) group and high-grade squamous intraepithelial (HSIL) group of HPV infection rate was 12.1% (33/273), 19.0% (61/321), 51.3% (40/78), HSIL group the infection rate was significantly higher than the other 2 groups, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01); 2 cases of cervical HPV 16 infection were detected; in the HSIL group, infection rate of HPV 16,58,33,18 were 53.8% (42/78), 16.7% (13/78), 12.8% (10/78), 7.7% (6 / 78), were higher than normal rate of infection or inflammation group; cervical condyloma in the genital lesions, HPV  6,11-type infection was significantly higher than other type HPV infection, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01); or inflammation in the normal group, LSIL group, HSIL group, multiple infection rate 16.5% (45/273), 39.6% (127/321), 32.1% (25/78), LSIL and HSIL groups or inflammation were significantly higher than the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.01). Conclusions Young high-risk population of women HPV infection and multiple HPV infection and the severity of cervical lesions is closely related to the young women
