Abstract: Objective Nanjing Area nurses work pressure and job satisfaction and related factors, and recommend appropriate management strategies. Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method, select the General Hospital of Nanjing 4 897 clinical nurses, questionnaire designed by ourselves and work stress of nurses and influencing factors of job satisfaction. three A-level results in Nanjing General Hospital of nurses working pressure at a high level, the average (7.88 + -1.92) points, at a low level of job satisfaction, the average (3.63 + -2.10) points. based on the different nature of education and preparation of nurses working pressure of the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05), retaining nurses in different age working pressure of the differences was statistically significant (P lt;O.01), retaining age, position, occupation of different job satisfaction of nurses was significantly (P lt;0.01). Conclusion health administration and hospital management should increase the allocation of nurses to improve support systems and distribution systems, promotion and training opportunities available to reduce the inspection, examination, care nurse life, thus easing pressure on nurses to improve the job satisfaction of nurses to ensure quality of care and safety.
