Methods: 28 cases of (28 eyes) with traumatic ophthalmoplegia eyes were divided into A, B groups. A group of acupuncture combined with compound anisodine treatment group; B group compound anisodine alone treatment group. 14 d as a course of treatment, 2 to 3 after treatment, and compares A, B two sets of eye movement, eye position, diplopia and other symptoms of recovery. Results: A group of 4 cases of cured, improved in 9 cases, the total effective rate 92. 8%; B were cured and 1 case, improved in 9 cases, the total effective rate 71.4%. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with compound anisodine Chinese and Western medicines cure traumatic ophthalmoplegia, rapid onset, short duration, the effect is satisfactory, the method work.
