 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 5 Acute coronary syndrome and CRP [Abstract] Objective To study the acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in patients with serum C-reactive protein (CRP) concentrations compared with the control group to explore whether CRP as a risk factor for ACS. ACS patients and controls were measured levels of serum CRP concentration for statistical analysis. Results (1) ACS patients with CRP levels (42.13 ± 47.17mg / L, n = 41) were significantly higher (7.59 ± 9.74mg / L, n = 48), P amp;lt;0.01. (2) UAP (9.46 ± 11.22mg / L) and AMI (54.11 ± 49.73mg / L) in patients with CRP levels were significantly higher than SAP (7.73 ± 7.55mg / L), P amp;lt;0.01. SAP between the group and non-CHD group, no significant difference (Pamp;gt; 0.05), AMI group and CRP levels between the UAP group difference was significant, P amp;lt;0.01. (3) non-CHD group, CRP levels (7.53 ± 10.67mg / L, n = 33) was significantly lower than the CHD group (48.34 ± 52.38mg / L, n = 56), P amp;lt;0.01. Conclusion Serum CRP concentrations increased with the ACS has great relevance, and proposed CRP is a new ACS risk factors.
