[Methods] From October 1997 ~ October 2003 in 126 patients admitted, Ⅰ-type, Ⅱ-type injury in 38 cases of non-surgical treatment, Ⅲ in 88 cases of injury with surgical open reduction and screw fixation. [Results] Ⅰ type, Ⅱ-type injury in an excellent rate of 100%, Ⅲ-type injury in 74 cases the fine can be 11 cases, and poor in 3 cases. [Conclusion] Ⅰ type, Ⅱ-type injury without surgery, conservative treatment can achieve better results, Ⅲ in injury applications with open reduction and screw fixation, the operation simple and good effect.
