Methods: 98 patients diagnosed as acute icteric hepatitis in patients with gallbladder and cure of the acute phase were ultrasound and liver function tests. Results: Of the 98 cases, gallbladder wall changes were 95 cases, accounting for 96.94%. ultrasonographic changes in the gallbladder mainly showed gallbladder wall thickening, gallbladder lumen narrowing, normal liver function returned to normal after the gallbladder or through the sound obviously better. Conclusion: The changes in the gallbladder wall is a kind of acute jaundice hepatitis extrahepatic performance ultrasound to monitor the changes in the gallbladder wall in acute hepatitis and jaundice have some diagnostic value.
