Methods with thioacetamide (TAA) ALF rat model to replicate observed general and liver biochemical indexes, radioimmunoassay (RIA) were measured in blood and gastrointestinal mucosa content of MTL and GAS. Results model group blood and gastric mucosa in the MTL, GAS and content of the intestinal mucosa was significantly higher in the MTL, compared with the control group significantly (P lt;0.01), the intestinal mucosa decreased in GAS, but there was no significance, linear correlation analysis showed that the model plasma MTL, GAS content and liver function (ALT, AST) were significantly positively correlated (P lt;0.01), after modeling, model group (24,36,48 h), with the ALF gastrointestinal dysfunction and liver disease progress, MTL, GAS content was progressively increased.
