Elderly decreased sensitivity to pain, atypical clinical manifestations, complications, prognosis is poor, easily missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. I admitted to our hospital for the period 2006-2009, 70 elderly patients with myocardial infarction (AMI) in adults treated with the same period in AMI patients with clinical symptoms, signs and treatment, and were compared to investigate the clinical characteristics of elderly AMI and treatment. 1 Materials and Methods Randomly selected patients in our hospital were diagnosed 132 cases of AMI, and the information is complete and who meet the conditions of 106 cases, of which 43 cases of elderly group, 63 cases of non-elderly group, as a control.
