Methods: RT PCR method for detection of colon cancer the expression of ADAM9 and and adjacent normal colon tissue were compared; two-step by immunohistochemistry (Envision method) detected 35 cases of colon cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissue expression of ADAM9, and CD34. Results: RT PCR results showed that in colon ADAM9 mRNA expression levels compared with normal tissue was significantly increased. Immunohistochemically, ADAM9 in the colon cancer group were significantly higher than normal tissue, with statistical significance (P lt;0.05); depth of serosal invasion level group were significantly higher than no time ADAM9 serosal group (P lt;0.05); positive rate of group ADAM9 was significantly lower than , , stage group (P lt;0.05); ADAM9 expression in colon cancer age, gender, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, histological type and degree of differentiation (Pgt; 0.05); colon cancer group, the average MVD was higher than in adjacent normal group (P lt;0.05); ADAM9 positive group MVD higher than ADAM9-negative group (P lt;0.05).
