Methods: Hospital from March 2004 to June 2006 during the period of medication counseling records data classification, statistics. Results: 526 cases of documented drug advisory issues, ranked the top three issues are the use of drugs, dosage, adverse drug reactions, drug interactions, followed by the proportion of 37.3%, 22.6%, 13.3%. Conclusion: The drug involved in the clinical pharmacist at this stage of the consultation exercise should be mainly from the children’s dosage, adverse drug reaction and its prevention, the three-pronged drug-drug interactions, and continuously improve and master the common childhood diseases frequently-occurring disease of medicationKnowledge.
